She has lead complex initiatives across public institutions and community partnerships while focusing on student success, student leadership, academic advising, program development, and policy implementation. She is passionate about improving operational excellence, strategic collaborations, and exemplary leadership to advance overall equity, student success, and belonging. She earned a doctorate in Higher Educational Leadership and Policy and a bachelors in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin and a masters in Social Work from Texas State University.
